2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use ShortKT on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. ShortKT is not intended for children below the age required by applicable law.

3. Accounts and Login

ShortKT may support Mobile OTP, Email and Password, and Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device, credentials, email, phone number, and account activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are blocked, fraudulent, abusive, inactive for risk reasons, or used in violation of law or policy.

4. News Platform Nature

ShortKT provides short news summaries, source references, editorial updates, user comments, and related app features. We may aggregate, summarize, rewrite, curate, or publish content from sources, contributors, or editorial workflows. ShortKT does not guarantee that every third-party source is complete, accurate, current, or uninterrupted.

5. User Content

Comments, reports, support requests, profile information, and similar submissions are user-generated content. You retain ownership of your lawful content, but grant ShortKT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, transmit, moderate, preserve, and process it for operating the service, enforcing policies, and complying with law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, spam, impersonation, malware, copyright-infringing, privacy-invasive, election-manipulative, or platform-abusive content. You must not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass security, misuse APIs, harass users, or interfere with notifications, ads, analytics, or moderation systems.

7. Advertising and Promotions

ShortKT may show advertisements through AdMob, Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource, and future partners. Ads may be contextual or personalized where permitted. Sponsored, promotional, or reward-ad experiences may be changed, paused, or removed at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

The ShortKT name, logo, design, app interface, software, compilation, databases, editorial formats, and website materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, create derivative works, or misuse our brand without written permission, except as allowed by law.

9. Third-Party Links and Sources

News items may link to external websites, publishers, social platforms, feeds, and sources. We are not responsible for third-party websites, editorial practices, paywalls, outages, tracking, or content beyond our control.

10. Disclaimers

ShortKT is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, guaranteed delivery of notifications, suitability for a particular purpose, or accuracy of all content. News is for general information and is not legal, medical, financial, investment, emergency, or professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRIKALASH MARKETING, Balmukund Jha, and their personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, loss-of-profit, loss-of-data, reputational, business-interruption, or third-party-content damages arising from ShortKT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SRIKALASH MARKETING, Balmukund Jha, and associated personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use, user content, policy breach, infringement, abuse, or violation of rights of another person.

13. Changes and Termination
