Yogesh Singh becomes first DU Vice Chancellor to get second term
The central government has reappointed Yogesh Singh as the Vice Chancellor of Delhi University, making him the very first person in the institution's history to serve two consecutive terms in this role. This decision comes after a 2023 amendment by the Centre, which eliminated the rule that previously prevented vice chancellors from being reappointed.
