Xi Jinping could travel to India for September BRICS Summit
According to several reports, Chinese President Xi Jinping may head to New Delhi to attend the BRICS Summit on September 12 and 13. Should this visit take place, it would be his first trip to India following the 2020 Galwan Valley border conflict, potentially helping to improve bilateral relations. Neither government has issued an official confirmation yet. The Chinese leader's previous visit to India occurred in October 2019.
