Woman linked to Jaish operative accused in plot against West Bengal leader arrested

She is identified as the girlfriend of Hamim Mandal, a suspected Jaish-e-Mohammed member recently detained for allegedly plotting against West Bengal Leader of the Opposition Suvendu Adhikari. According to reports, Sarkar was in frequent communication with Mandal and is believed to have assisted a group that uses honeytrapping to collect intelligence on prominent individuals.
