WB govt hasn't given mid-day meal control to ISKCON, says TMC's Gokhale
TMC leader Saket Gokhale stated that the West Bengal administration has clarified that there is no active plan or official approval to transfer the management of mid-day meals in schools to ISKCON. He noted that the state government previously mentioned ISKCON might take over the program and exclude eggs from the menu. Gokhale also provided a document from the School Education Department to support his statement.
