Viral CJP protester Irfan finds mention in Parliament
Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi brought up Mohammed Irfan, who gained social media fame during the CJP demonstrations in Delhi, in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday. Although he did not mention Irfan by name, Gogoi noted that Rahul Gandhi had interacted with a demonstrator who expressed the struggles of students by reciting verses from Gopal Das 'Neeraj'. Irfan had famously performed the poem 'Karwaan Guzar Gaya' while at the protest.
