Vimal Elaichi producers challenge FDA notices issued to SRK, Ajay, and Tiger in Delhi HC
The manufacturers of Vimal Elaichi have filed a plea in the Delhi High Court, requesting the cancellation of show-cause notices issued by the Maharashtra FDA to actors Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn, and Tiger Shroff. PB Agro stated that they engage these actors to market their cardamom products under the Vimal label and asserted that their operations are fully compliant with legal regulations. The company dismissed allegations of surrogate advertising as unfounded, noting that Vimal pan masala has neither been produced nor sold within Maharashtra since 2001.
