US Ambassador acknowledges J&K as a key part of India
US Ambassador to India Sergio Gor visited Srinagar and stated that Jammu and Kashmir is a significant part of India. Gor is the first US envoy to travel to the region following the removal of Article 370. During his trip, he held a meeting with J&K Chief Minister Omar Abdullah. Additionally, Gor mentioned that he plans to recommend that the US government lower its travel advisory level for Jammu and Kashmir.
