Upstox in early discussions for ₹3,800 crore public offering: Report
According to a PTI report, Upstox has initiated initial conversations with investment banks regarding a possible IPO aimed at raising between ₹3,351 crore and ₹3,829 crore. The proposed issue is expected to include both new shares and an offer for sale from current shareholders. Since its inception, Upstox has secured approximately ₹2,105 crore through six investment rounds from notable backers like Ratan Tata, Tiger Global, and Kalaari Capital, achieving unicorn status in 2021.
