UK: Indian-origin woman gets 3-year jail term for hiding knife used by son in murder
Kiran Kaur, the mother of Vickrum Digwa, has received a three-year prison sentence for her role in disposing of the blade used to kill 18-year-old Henry Nowak in south-east England. Kaur was found guilty of assisting an offender. Her son, Digwa, previously received a life sentence with a mandatory minimum of 21 years after his self-defence plea was rejected.
