Two siblings lose their lives in Dhofar paragliding accident
A brother and sister passed away during a paragliding mishap in the Dhofar Governorate of Oman, after they allegedly lost control while in the air and plummeted to the ground. The deceased have been named as Captain Ahmed bin Hamdan Al Kalbani and his sister. In the wake of this tragedy, the Air Sports Committee of Oman has directed all authorized paragliding facilities nationwide to suspend operations until further instructions are issued.
