Two injured following golden jackal attack in Kasaragod
Two individuals sustained injuries after being attacked by a golden jackal in Pilicode, Kasaragod. One of the victims, Anil Kumar, was bitten while he was in the middle of milking his cow. Prior to this incident, the same animal had targeted and attacked three cows in the vicinity. Local residents organized a search party, eventually killing the jackal, and notified the relevant officials. Both men are currently receiving medical care at hospitals as anxiety grows regarding the danger posed by local wildlife.
