Top-rated Indian airports for passenger satisfaction revealed
According to the 2026 National Customer Satisfaction Index released by the Airports Authority of India (AAI), Khajuraho Airport in Madhya Pradesh and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj Airport in Maharashtra have been ranked as the best in the country for customer satisfaction. The airports in Madurai and Vijayawada secured the second position. Meanwhile, the airports in Bhopal, Vadodara, Jamnagar, and Ranchi tied for third place, with Gwalior and Gaya airports rounding out the list in fourth.
