Three hearing-impaired sisters hand out 150+ flags in India's 'Silent Village'

In Dhadkai, a Jammu and Kashmir settlement famously called India's 'Silent Village,' three sisters who are hearing-impaired marked the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign by distributing more than 150 national flags to residents. The siblings had requested their father to purchase the necessary cloth so they could craft the flags themselves. One local resident noted that his four-year-long hope of watching the national flag wave from the village rooftops has now been fulfilled.
