Three arrested for theft of 1,500 Vivo phones from Amazon truck
Dwarka police in Delhi have taken three people into custody for the theft of 1,500 brand-new Vivo smartphones. The devices were part of a larger shipment of 4,500 phones being transported to an Amazon facility in Gurugram. Authorities managed to recover 604 of the stolen phones, valued at approximately ₹1.5 crore, from a secret location in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh. To solve the crime, officials reviewed recordings from more than 200 CCTV cameras and worked closely with the Uttar Pradesh Police.
