According to a report by the Times of India, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has secured a technology services contract for the Indian global capability centre (GCC) operations of US-based retailer Best Buy. TCS reportedly outperformed Accenture during the final stages of the bidding process. This five-year agreement is valued at approximately ₹2,000 crore and includes oversight of Best Buy's Bengaluru GCC along with a wider scope of technology services.
