Sukesh Chandrasekhar gets 8-year prison term for impersonating SC judge
A court in Delhi has handed down an eight-year jail sentence to conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar for pretending to be a Supreme Court judge. Back in 2017, he contacted a judicial officer while using a regional accent to mimic a South Indian SC judge, aiming to sway a bail hearing for a separate criminal matter. At the time of these calls, he was already being held in police custody.
