Spinny transitions to public entity as it prepares for ₹2,800-crore IPO
Used-car marketplace Spinny has shifted its parent firm, Valuedrive Technologies, from a private limited company to a public limited company in anticipation of its upcoming $300 million (roughly ₹2,800 crore) initial public offering. This transition is a required procedure before the business can submit its Draft Red Herring Prospectus to SEBI. Reports indicate that the firm has selected Morgan Stanley, Citi India, and Kotak Mahindra Capital to serve as advisors for the public listing.
