Sonu Nigam reveals why his father opposed his Mumbai performances
Singer Sonu Nigam shared that his father, Agam Nigam, was against him performing shows in Mumbai. When Sonu asked for the reason, his father told him, "You're a good-looking chap. You sing well....you'll get a girlfriend there [Mumbai]." Agam believed that if Sonu started building a social circle in Mumbai, he would end up settling down there. He further mentioned that by performing in Delhi, he could keep a close watch on him.
