Sonam Wangchuk, on hunger strike in Delhi, asks people to fast for one day
Activist Sonam Wangchuk, currently holding an indefinite hunger strike to back the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), has requested that citizens join in by fasting for at least a single day. Speaking from Jantar Mantar, he remarked, "You are all eating 'thoos thoos ke' (stuffing yourselves)... that makes me sad." He added a lighthearted comment, saying, "If you don't fast, you will become overweight and pass away before we do."
