Shardendu Tiwari has walked away from his corporate cloud engineering role, which paid ₹46 lakh annually, to pursue a career in the Indian Army. The 27-year-old officially became an Army officer on Saturday following his graduation from the Officers Training Academy (OTA) in Gaya. Shardendu follows in the footsteps of his father, Raj Kumar Tiwari, a veteran who dedicated 36 years of service to the Army Service Corps.
