On August 24, SoftBank Group’s affiliate, SVF II Lightbulb, divested a 2.58% stake in Lenskart Solutions via block deals. The firm sold 4.5 crore shares at a price of ₹641.75 per share, totaling ₹2,887.87 crore. These shares were purchased by 25 different investors. Among them, the French firm Societe Generale ODI emerged as the primary buyer, picking up 1.07 crore shares, equivalent to a 0.61% stake, for ₹688.9 crore.
