Social activist Anna Hazare has been hospitalized in an intensive care unit (ICU) in Mumbai due to a severe viral infection and acute dehydration. He was initially receiving medical care at a local facility in Ralegan Siddhi, Maharashtra, but was transferred to Mumbai as his condition worsened. Earlier in July, Hazare had observed a two-hour silent protest to show solidarity with the CJP protest in Delhi.
