Gold prices in India experienced a sharp decline on Thursday, dropping by approximately ₹3,000 per 10 grams. According to IBJA figures, this marks the third consecutive day of losses for the precious metal. With this decrease, gold is now priced at ₹1,58,386 per 10 grams, effectively wiping out all growth recorded since August 20. Meanwhile, silver also saw a decline for the fourth day in a row, falling by nearly ₹3,500 per kg to reach a price of ₹2,39,500 per kg on Thursday.
