Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat worth ₹300 crore is getting an expansion
The famous Mumbai residence of Shah Rukh Khan, Mannat, is currently being renovated, with construction underway to add new levels to the back of the property. These project details were shared by real estate developer Anand Pandit. Back in April 2025, the actor and his family relocated for a short time to Puja Casa, located in Pali Hill, Bandra. The market value of Mannat is believed to be approximately ₹300 crore.
