Police reported on Monday that security personnel captured at least eight individuals believed to be part of the Kuki Liberation Army during an operation in the Kangpokpi district of Manipur. The troops also found seven automatic firearms at the location. The suspects and the confiscated weapons have been taken into custody to undergo further investigation and legal action.
