The Consulate General of India in Scotland has shared plans to allow devotees to visit and offer prayers to a 300-year-old handwritten copy of the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj at the Glasgow Gurudwara. This manuscript, which is thought to be the oldest of its kind in the UK, was previously owned by Maharaja Kharak Singh. It was found again within the University of Edinburgh's archives back in 2020.
