School officials booked in Pune after security guard dies in gate collapse
The Pimpri Chinchwad Police have registered a case against the management of Podar International School for alleged negligence following the death of security guard Sanjay Kamble in Tathawade. According to the police, the sliding gate that collapsed was poorly installed, lacked proper maintenance, and did not have necessary safety features. Kamble sustained injuries in the incident on July 31 and passed away on August 2.
