According to a report by CRE Matrix, the State Bank of India has purchased 8,581 square metres of leasehold land in Pune's Kharadi Knowledge Park for ₹414 crore. The deal includes a 15-floor building with 1.83 lakh square feet of built-up area and 200 parking spots. The property was acquired from Siddhivinayak Enterprises, which held the lease from MIDC. The official registration for this transaction took place on August 14.
