Samir Modi drops legal cases against mother Bina Modi after board meeting assault claim
Godfrey Phillips India promoter family member Samir Modi has decided to drop all his lawsuits against his mother, Bina Modi. In 2024, Samir had alleged that his mother physically assaulted him during a board meeting, which took place in the middle of their ₹11,000-crore inheritance dispute. Speaking to ET, Samir said, "I don't want to fight...I don't like conflicts. I'm not a fighter. I'm a builder."
