SAI installs container-style rooms in Bengaluru and Patiala for Asian Games training
To help Indian athletes get used to the housing conditions for the 2026 Asian Games in Japan, the Sports Authority of India (SAI) has installed temporary container rooms at its Bengaluru and Patiala facilities. The upcoming games will differ from past events as there will be no traditional athletes' village. Instead, participants are expected to be housed in hotels, a cruise ship, and container units.
