Sachin Bansal’s Navi plans ₹3,000-crore IPO, hires bankers

According to a Bloomberg report, fintech firm Navi is getting ready for an initial public offering in India, aiming to collect as much as ₹3,000 crore. The company, started by Flipkart co-founder Sachin Bansal, has selected JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Kotak Mahindra Capital, and JM Financial to act as advisers. This offering will consist of a primary sale of shares, with Navi aiming for a valuation reaching $2 billion, or approximately ₹19,086 crore.
