Russian crude oil imports to India reach all-time peak in June

A report by CREA reveals that India's intake of Russian crude oil climbed to an unprecedented level in June, marking a 34% increase compared to May. India spent €4.5 billion on Russian crude, which represented 83% of its total fossil fuel acquisitions from the country. This volume positions India as the second-biggest importer of Russian hydrocarbons, trailing only China. Interestingly, Russia experienced a drop in its total revenue generated from oil exports.
