Lending tech platform Rezolv has successfully raised $12.5 million in its Series A funding. The round was spearheaded by Norwest, alongside contributions from Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India, as well as current investor 3one4 Capital. The company was established in 2024 by Karan Mehta and Sonali Jindal, both previously of Kissht, and provides services to NBFCs and banks. Rezolv plans to utilize the new capital to enhance its AI features for underwriting, sales, collections, and risk management.
