RBI to equip banks with AI-driven platform to fight digital fraud
RBI Governor Sanjay Malhotra announced that the central bank is set to offer lenders an AI-enabled Digital Payment Intelligence Platform to combat fraudulent activities in the digital space. "It is AI and AI alone that can help limit AI frauds," he stated during an event in Mumbai. Additionally, he advised banks to keep a record of the various AI models they currently employ.
