A WagonR collided with a tempo carrying Ganesh idols near Warkari Math at Bharane Naka in Ratnagiri at approximately 12:30 am, resulting in damage to several idols. The three people inside the car, who were en route from Badlapur to Ganpatipule, suffered injuries and were taken to the hospital. One woman is said to have been seriously hurt. The Khed Police arrived at the location and have launched an investigation into what caused the accident.
