In response to claims of a donation scam, the Ram Mandir Trust disclosed that it has collected ₹3,264 crore via the Nidhi Samarpan drive and corpus contributions since it was formed in 2020. Out of this amount, ₹2,370 crore has been utilized for building the temple and other capital costs. Additionally, the trust reported receiving ₹582 crore in offerings up to March 31, 2026, with ₹391 crore allocated toward running expenses.
