Rajasthan HC takes note of judges' homes listed as Waqf land in Jodhpur
The Rajasthan High Court has initiated a suo motu case following reports claiming that official residences of judges, along with various schools, colleges, temples, and other public and private sites in Jodhpur, were registered as Waqf properties. Noting that official revenue documents show a conflicting status, the High Court has officially filed a public interest litigation (PIL) to address the matter.
