A charter aircraft with eight passengers and crew crashed close to the isolated Cape Newenham Long Range Radar Site in western Alaska. According to officials, the twin-engine Cessna, which was flown by Security Aviation, took off from Anchorage and hit the ground while making its approach to Cape Newenham.
