PoK residents plan civil disobedience, refuse to pay taxes and utility bills

According to an ABP News report, residents in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) have declared a civil disobedience movement beginning August 14, following over two months of ongoing anti-government demonstrations. Protesters have pledged to stop paying for electricity, water, and gas, and will also boycott all income tax payments. Since July 27, the region has seen more than 40 deaths.
