Pezeshkian: US accepted ceasefire following unsuccessful objectives
According to Iranian President Pezeshkian, the United States consented to a ceasefire following 40 days of conflict and three months of talks facilitated by Qatar and Pakistan. He charged Washington with breaching the June memorandum of understanding, which reached its end on August 17. During the SCO meeting, Pezeshkian suggested the creation of a collective bank, an energy group, and an export insurance alliance.
