According to a report by The Indian Express, legal representatives for Penguin Random House India requested edits and removals across multiple chapters of Sonia Gandhi's book, 'Belonging: A Journey Of Love'. Both sides held discussions over a two-month period regarding these changes. While the conversations started off on a friendly note, they eventually turned difficult. It is understood that Penguin India has decided against moving forward with the publication of the memoir.
