Over 100 people sickened by street food in Rajasthan
Approximately 115 individuals, a large number of whom were children, became unwell following the consumption of golgappas sold by a street vendor in the Kota district of Rajasthan. A dozen people required hospital treatment for symptoms such as diarrhoea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. Local health authorities have established a medical camp and gathered samples of food and water to determine the cause of the suspected food poisoning.
