Orissa HC orders review of lab worker's job regularisation plea after 21-year wait

The court remarked that the petitioner should not be left in a state of constant uncertainty, describing the situation as a form of exploitation that keeps a 'Sword of Damocles' hanging over him. Patra has been employed on a contract basis since 2005.
