According to a Bloomberg report, OfBusiness is once again moving forward with its initial public offering (IPO) plans, aiming to raise as much as $800 million (₹7,616 crore). The firm, which previously paused its listing strategy because of unfavorable market trends, now aims to submit its draft prospectus as soon as November. The planned public offering is set to feature a fresh issuance of shares valued at $200 million (₹1,903 crore).
