Nestlé offloads vitamins and supplements unit in $1 billion deal
Nestlé has reached an agreement to divest its primary vitamins, minerals, and supplements division to Yellow Wood Partners for $1 billion. This transaction covers seven distinct brands along with a private-label operation in the US, which together brought in $1.2 billion in revenue during 2025. Nestlé plans to keep its high-end brands, including Pure Encapsulations and Solgar, as it shifts its strategy toward core operations and more profitable health-focused products.
