The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has sanctioned a resolution plan for Zee founder Subhash Chandra. Under this arrangement, he will pay ₹6.5 crore to resolve admitted creditor claims totaling approximately ₹22,006.57 crore as part of his personal insolvency proceedings. LIC Housing Finance, the primary creditor, is set to receive ₹38,09,294 against its original claim of ₹1,322.39 crore. The proposal received backing from creditors representing 80.81% of the total voting share.
