NASA asks ISRO to collaborate on lunar base project
NASA has reached out to ISRO to participate in its Moon Base initiative, a project focused on establishing a long-term human settlement close to the Moon's South Pole. NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman unveiled plans for this base in May, noting that construction will occur in phases beginning with uncrewed robotic missions. This proposal was formally shared during the ninth session of the India-US Civil Space Joint Working Group.
