Nagaland's Hokato Sema claims top global ranking in men's Shot Put F57
Hokato Hotozhe Sema, a Paralympian from Nagaland, has secured the number one spot globally in the men’s F57 Shot Put event. Sema competed for India at the 2024 Paris Summer Paralympics, where he earned a bronze medal and made history as the first athlete from Nagaland to secure a Paralympic medal for the nation. Additionally, he holds the distinction of being the first Paralympian to be awarded the Ati Vishisht Seva Medal.
