Mylan to sell 5.64% stake in Biocon via ₹3,481-crore block deal
According to a Moneycontrol report, US healthcare firm Viatris' subsidiary Mylan has initiated a block deal worth ₹3,481 crore ($365 million) to offload its 5.64% holding in Biocon. The shares are being offered at a floor price of ₹378.50 each, representing a 7.9% discount compared to Biocon's closing value on July 13. Mylan originally obtained this stake through a share swap, and the block deal is set for July 14.
